What is Natural wine?
The interpretation of what is natural wine will vary from winemaker to winemaker. A general definition is that natural wines are made with the least possible use of chemicals, additives and overly technological procedures in both the vineyard and cellar.
There are almost 200 allowed additives that are legally permitted in wine. These manipulations may erase what some might consider "faults", yet in the process, also erase the individuality of the wine and the place it comes from.
We choose to add nothing and take nothing away.
Our experiences working on farms led us to want to create something that is based on true ingredients and full of life. Not because of a trend but because we believe it makes the best possible wine for you. We believe in real experiences, real ingredients and real wine. Try one and you will too.
